I wouldn’t give up Susan or STRENGTH studio for anything! Both have become an integral part of my daily life, but they are anything but routine! Susan is a dedicated, inspirational, and motivating trainer who always has her clients best interests in mind.
I just started at STRENGTHstudio after doing many different types of exercise for years, and it is the best. I’ve done yoga, pilates, and personal training. Susan gives a great workout and I can see a difference in how I look and feel after only four visits.
I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Strength Studio. Workouts are fun, as challenging as I want to make them (very!), and thoughtfully crafted for overall strength and cardiovascular fitness. Quite often it’s the best part of my day too—great people work out there, and great people run the joint.
My experience at STRENGTHstudio has also been life changing. Susan has taken away my nerves about getting back out there and working toward a fitter me. It is simply just FUN to work out at her studio. It is hard work and therefore I have seen positive results in weight loss and – more importantly – inches lost.
This is the most fun you will have in a workout class. And you will get in shape and see results fast! The classes are small and Susan is a stickler for form so you won’t get hurt. This class will change your life!
I started going to the Strength Studio a year and a half ago and I absolutely love it. Every workout is kick-ass, high energy and loads of fun. I have seen a significant change in my body and have become more interested in getting stronger.
Group sizes are relatively small so you get a lot of personal attention from Amanda, David and Susan who will help you work towards your goals and push you beyond that. I’ve found strength I didn’t know I had. This is hands down the best and most versatile gym I’ve been to and everyone that comes here is super supportive, and friendly.

Our group classes are all about community. Created with an infusion of strength training, aerobic exercise, and agility training, Group Classes offer the most effective solutions for toning your body, strengthening your muscles, building endurance and gaining flexibility. Each class holds a maximum of 12 students or you can sweat with us from home with S.O.S. via Facebook Live. Since no two classes are the same, it’s always a fun, yet unexpected workout.

Tabata training (aka, the Tabata Protocol) is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format:20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints)10 seconds of restRepeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.
Similar to Tabata, HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training are workouts combining short intense bursts of anaerobic exercise followed by less intense recovery periods. These workouts provide excellent athletic conditioning and calorie burn!
